Steve brings extensive real estate experience to the Schreiner Group. Preceding his role at Schreiner Group, Steve served for fourteen years as senior vice president at Crescent Resources, LLC in Charlotte, NC, responsible for the development of residential communities in North and South Carolina. Steve is a joint degree holder from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture. Steve is an unlimited licensed general contractor in North Carolina for Building, Residential, Highway and Public Utilities. Steve and his family live in Denver, NC. Preceding his role at the Schreiner Group, Shawn performed construction sales, marketing and project management roles at Southeast Solutions, LLC. Shawn graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Technology. Shawn and his family live in Charlotte, NC. In his role at Schreiner Group, Blake leads all aspects of construction. Blake brings extensive construction experience to Schreiner Group, with more than fifteen years in the industry. Preceding Schreiner Group, Blake served for six years as project manager for Crescent Resources; also as project manager for Shea Homes and field manager for Ryland Homes. Blake graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts. Blake and his family live in Harrisburg, NC.
